• Calculus Holidays reserves the right to accept or decline any registration request at its sole discretion.

2. Account Verification & Access

• Access to agent rates, services, and booking tools will be provided only after successful verification.

• Agents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• Any unauthorized access or misuse may lead to suspension.

3. Accuracy of Information

• All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.

• Calculus Holidays may request licenses, company documents, or IDs for verification.

4. Rates, Services & Availability

• All rates are net, confidential, and subject to change without prior notice.

• Rates and services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Seasonal surcharges, special event rates, or blackout dates may apply.

5. Use of Rates & Information

• Agent rates B2B are strictly for professional use and must not be shared with clients.

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing rate sheets or packages without permission is prohibited.

6. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

• All bookings must follow the payment, and cancellation policies as communicated at the time of confirmation.

• Delays in payment may lead to cancellation or revised pricing.

7. Responsibilities of the Agent

• Agents must ensure all guest details provided are accurate (names, travel dates, preferences, etc.).

• The agent is responsible for communicating the correct inclusions, exclusions, and policies to their clients.

8. Liability & Service Delivery

• Calculus Holidays  is not liable for losses, delays, or issues caused by third-party suppliers, weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond its control.

• In case of any operational changes, we will offer the best possible alternative.

9. Misuse of Platform

• Any attempt to misuse rates, manipulate bookings, or use the portal for non-authorized purposes will result in account termination.

10. Termination of Account

• Calculus Holidays reserves the right to deactivate or terminate an agent account for non-compliance with these terms.

11. Amendments to Terms

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice.

• Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of the updated terms.
